We're seeking a dynamic Junior Technical Product Manager to join our R&D team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the lifecycle of our cutting-edge software solutions for edge devices, from initial concept to successful deployment. Key Responsibilities:
Product Management (Edge Devices) - Define and refine software requirements; coordinate with engineering teams; support sprint planning and user testing to improve product performance and UX.
Project Tracking - Maintain project boards (Jira/ClickUp/Excel); drive weekly check-ins; track progress, dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers.
Sensor Deployment Operations - Coordinate installation schedules with site teams; monitor readiness checklists; support remote debugging and ensure post-deployment documentation.
Procurement Coordination - Manage vendor communications, quotation analysis, and PO tracking; maintain procurement logs covering delivery and payment stages.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain up-to-date records of requirements, deployments, and meetings; prepare regular reports for internal and leadership reviews.
Qualifications:-
Education: B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Embedded Electronics, or related field. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (Preferred but not required).
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in product management, or operations—preferably in a tech, IoT, or manufacturing environment. Exposure to edge computing, embedded systems, or sensor deployments is a strong advantage.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Understanding of edge devices, sensor systems, or embedded software is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Excel; ability to track tasks and manage timelines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to work across product, engineering, and operations teams.
Ability to assess technical and operational data to identify gaps, delays, or improvements.
